亲爱的主内同工同道：
很感恩，神在大批来美的中国留学生中收获了许许多多的福音果子。然而，如何帮助这
些神国新苗“海归”后的生存和发展，以实现神在他们身上的特别托付，今天已经是许
多属灵领袖们共同看见的机会和挑战。从我自己的亲身经历中我也知道，从太平洋这边
到那边属灵生命的“移栽”过程是艰难的，甚至满有风险和危机。
“展望家园 2012”（VisionHome 2012）“海归”装备特会正是为迎接这一时代的挑战
而设计筹备。（见网页 www.VisionHome2012.org ）。由深孚众望的一群中西教会团契
和事工机构领袖们组成的筹委会 （The Steering Committee） 经过多年的祷告探索，
同心合作，将于今年3月16-18 号在 Philadelphia (Ramada Philadelphia Airport)
专门为中国“海归”基督徒举办造就装备营会。阵容强大的海内外资深牧者领袖同工们
将到会提供包括以下几方面内容的培训造就：中国基督徒“海归”见证及使命异象；“
海归”团契网络连接介绍；反向文化震撼和回归适应；认识中国教会；“海归”的个人
、家庭和职场生活和事奉；个人辅导和交通，等等。会议主要传递语言将使用中文，同
时提供部分英文传译。
谨以此信，特别请求您将是次特会的信息传递给您的朋友、团契和教会，并热忱邀请包
括您本人在内的所有合适人士来到特会相聚。我们期待每一位在近期或未来准备回国生
活和事奉的中国基督徒都将从是次会议中得着宽广的视野、亲密的团契和贴切的帮助。

Dear Coworkers in the Lord,
These are exciting days and we thank the Lord for the great harvest
that He is bringing among Chinese students and scholars today. This also
presents to us a pressing need to equip these young Christians to return
home to China so that they can survive and thrive to fulfill God’s calling
on their lives. This is a very strategic group who we believe the Lord is
raising up to impact China for the Gospel. As one of the earliest Christian
returnees of this generation, I can testify that “transplanting”
spiritual lives across the Pacific is extremely challenging.
Vision Home 2012 is specifically designed to help Chinese scholars
meet these challenges! (www.VisionHome2012.org) After several years of
observation, prayer and preparation, a steering committee of senior leaders
from renowned organizations and churches decided to collaborate together to
offer this special equipping conference for Chinese Christian returnees.
March 16-18 at the Ramada Philadelphia Airport, a large panel of high
caliber spiritual resource persons with returnee experience will offer a
variety of training subjects including testimonies, vision and mission
involvement of Chinese Christian returnees today, returnee network
opportunities, reverse culture shock, understanding the Church in China,
personal, family, career and ministry issues, personal counseling, and many
others. The sessions will be presented in Chinese, with limited English
translation available.
My purpose in sending you this letter is to ask you to promote Vision
Home 2012 among your friends, church and fellowship groups. I also
cordially invite you and all you may know that would benefit from this event
to join in the conference. My hope is that every imminent and prospective
Christian returnee will be blessed through this conference with a higher
vision and mission, an intimate network to connect with, and practical
assistance. Please register online ASAP to enjoy the early bird discount.
