flush, no straight draw. I first bet $4, one player call, second raise to
$10. I think and call. Turn miss, I bet $10. one player fold, second
all in. I call. That player shows TT. Rivered a K.
Finally, I river others a big one that I can remember.
And I stood up left the table after this hand. | f*****g 发帖数: 15860 | 2 well, lucky but what hands you put him on for his turn shove? (after flop
raise)
over pair out of position on this turn is a weak hand, i won't bet out $10
at all if you don't have a plan for his turn action and your river action.
in the long term, suckouts happen rarely and 2 outers will cost you big. i
mucked my AA in a similar situation yesterday on the turn.

OOP, most of time, you just can't put enough pressure on your opponents no
matter you do those "standard" 3x, 3.5x, 4x, 5x... small PPs and SCs will
surely come on board for implied odds. multi-way? even sweeter. then the
core problem becomes how often we can play such a hand with a plan.
it's hard to imagine a micro staker would overplay a TPTK hand like ATo or
KTs here on both dry flop and turn, or underplay QQ/JJ preflop (then
overplay afterwards with 2 big barrels). and it's also well known "tough"
for a micro staker to fold AA/KK on such a "safe" board.
then this becomes an interesting leak in an unbalanced way, we can't push
marginal hands like small PPs/SCs out often enough with 4x (and get raised/
shoved with max value from those other few strong hands), but we're "willing
" to donate 100BB too easily and make our opponents trash sets/str8/flushes
rewarded well.
AA/KK is just a single pair hand. the more cards coming/ways played, the
weaker they are.

| s*********r 发帖数: 4210 | 5 this kind of situation happened so often, even on the 1-2 table at WV. One
hand, I raised to $15 with my AQs, two callers with small speculate cards.
Then flop a straight and open-end straight draw. I lost bad on this hand.
I turned a Q with TPTK and flush draw, lost big due to resaised/all-in. So
have to fold next time. | W********m 发帖数: 7793 | 6 In a 3 way single raised pot with dry board, I think this is probably a
check turn and fold if he blast pot size. |
