starting from today for 10 days, play any 2 ring game tables or 1 rush table:
1) get double FTP points all day;
2) if you get at least 5 bonus points (piece of cake) each day for 5 days,
you get $5 in bonus, for 9 days out of 10, you'll get extra $20.
for rush guys, not a problem, except if you don't play at all for a few days

i figure FTP has a budget for promotional bonus on each player every month,
either something like this or rush bonus or SNG madness or whatever, but
whatever it is, i'll get them all, hehe, i like "free" money and it's part
of my profit anyway.

struggling to make a profit for this month. Both cooler and variance of
playing preflop aggressively are catching on to me.
The good thing is that I am finding a few extra leaks and problematic play
now since I start to play preflop aggressively. I am making adjustment as
we speak. Have to find a banlance between spew and aggression as always,
preflop or postflop.

发帖数: 15860 | 5 oct. so far has been a good month for me too, i'm very close to my 1K goal
in only less than 2 weeks, although i still made 2 TPTK or over pair
mistakes in last 2 days.
HM will be a huge game changing tool for me in rush, i compared a lot of
guys whom i have notes on, some are close to what i'd expect, some are way
off, lol, HM makes a lot of otherwise tough situations much simpler. the
best $50 i ever invested on poker.

have the time to get all the hands from HM for all the coolers. My full
house met quad twice, small full house vs bigger full house 2-3 times, set
over set couple times last weekend. most are more than 100 bb stacks. My
current maximizing value scheme leave me only one option during this
situation--Losing the whole stack.
However, I think this is hardly my real problem during downswing. My river
decision has been extremly poor when things are not going right. Preflop
aggressive play has also left me against very strong side of villian's range
. That leaves me behind most of the time when I put all my stack in post
flop.
I did learn a few new lines too by bad calling river. One hand I got
completely out played where the villian knew exactly what I had and I was
struggling to figure out what he has when he check raised me river for some
very thing value.. He actually told me what he has in the chat box when I
was tanking and asked him in the chat box. as stubborn as I am I have to
call to find out. en 25$ well spent... lol..
We look at our problem/leak much less when we are running hot, while we over
compensate when we are on downswing. I am no exception to some extent. I
am trying really hard to find a mix of things that were working or not
working beneath the surface of the end results. Not an easy thing to do by
any means, but can't blame the guy for trying... ~~~

In general, any over pair on board needs caution.
AT WSOP, one guy at every first hand lost to Farha
with TT vs AT at AATxx board. Both hit full on flop
and slow played; all pop out on turn.

obviously on that day.
MP raise 3$, I call on co with 7s. button calls too.
flop is 974 rainbow(pot is 9$)
MP lead 7$, i call button calls. Pot is (30$)
turn is a 10
MP bets 22$ i call 22$, button calls again. (pot is 96$)
I do not like my hand.
river is a 4 MP goes all in 100$ i have him covered.
How good do you think my 7s are? bluff catcher?
I tanked for a long time. The fact button is behind me should make it very
clear that I was beat. 100bb to catch a bluff is not good. I had a strong
feeling that MP has a set on the turn. 4s or 9s or turned 10s. river just
made the only hand that i beat a winning hand.. oops..
button folds. MP has 9s. I think the stack size and the fact that button is
still behind me to react actually gave me a chance to fold here because no
one in the right mind would donk all in to 2 people on this board with an
over pair. There is simply no way.. Same old problem that one of my home
game friend told me as a joke "your read is not the problem. Your decision
is the problem." Sad truth.. lol..
