回扣 depends on the service you need from her. If you need full service from
her and/or the price of the house is pretty low, maybe you won't get any 回
扣. If you can do most work yourself, you might get a better 回扣. |

Not really.
I also know that some broker only takes $500 - $1000. What s/he needs to do
is showing up and signing his/her name as your agent. The buyer will work on
everything else.
So it really depends on what services the buyer wants to have and how much
time the buyer wants to invest.
