微变化一下也可以hit on the rise, 他的另一篇文章里提到。我觉得最关键的是如果
你的grip 偏Eastern, WW Forehand motion就不太好用。

这个是瞎说。hit on the rise除非球来得太低不然照样用windshield wiper。

说只有这样击球才能够重。Hit on the rise, 偶连eastern grip flat
forehand都没力量，wind wiper更加没戏了。。。
关键是偶没法stay back，半场就累死了。看看人家69岁老太，不但不stay
back，还sneak in，因为移动速度为0。。。

那是练习的第二阶段， 第一是原地drop feed, 第三是wind shield wiper on the
rise; 个人看法能开始练习第3阶段的该有solid 4.5水平，顶级水平的可以看小德。以
一拍定杀伤力，这的确没有直接猛打on the rise来的狠， 但这个margin大，能慢慢放
大你的优势， 而猛杀的一击，搞不好被对手反来个slap winner...

rise 对 topspin on the rise 来做比较。
一个好的动作包容了预判，步伐，hand eye coordination 和动作本身. 只拿动作本身
来做判断有些不恰当。

谓，但遇到高手，需要两三拍，遇到高手打上升期一不小心会被pull out of position

比下降期的打更轻松，球要贴着拍面走。 |

发帖数: 6757 | 14 是的，大家打球都有一个comfort zone，一般是膝盖到胸，距离离身体一两步左右吧;
要赢球就得要让对手击球难受。 左右调动是为了让对手跑不到位难以打出“离身体一
步左右”的球， 所以角度越大，pace越快，优势也越大， 但自己的margin小。 WW 是
让击球的高度上使对手难受， 以球的深度和旋转为主，这里的左右调动主要是给时间
让球跳出comfort zone的高度， 所以对角度和pace的要求不用那么大。

就像纳豆站那么后当然不是“为了”防守。结果遇到老德，成了de facto
防守。
很多人像偶一样吧，处于各种原因很难stay back，除非拉球。

frustrated. 平时拉球偶当然愿意练习wind wiper，但是一到比赛，冰冷的
现实告诉偶it doesn't work for me.

it's more of you are not ready for it. Obviously you don't have to make
yourself to suit it, you can always go with alternative and make tennis
just competitive and fun.

老德击球点前很多。
你贴的这个教练崇尚的是老纳这种，不是Nishikori这种。

game works much worse than my normal game. I get into defense all the time,
which is my weakness.
