don't know if anybody could give you any advices here, hehe.
forehand is one of the most alike aspect between Pingpong and
tennis ah. If you 扣杀 well in Pingpong, you should automatically
be good at tennis forehand ah.

table tennis, but my control in tt is way a lot better than its in
tennis, also when just practise, i could add a lot more topspin
to my forehand, but in real games, due to the pressure or footwork,
i hit a lot weaker forehand.. help please!

from easy way to difficult way
1. practice the warm-up stoke in full speed regardless of the ball is in or out
2. get fit
3. find out the right racquet and sting combo
4. swing like a pro

i did watch some videos, learned to play my forehand (right) with
my left hand holding my right elbow, just feel the Windshield Wiper
can i do that in real match? i mean holding my right elbow? | b**k

me. left arm is to balance the body. you should have both arms moving at
the same time, same direction, i.e. left if u r right handed.

but when in real match, i changed back to eastern, got to drill more
western grip.

发帖数: 7271 | 10 Spin and speed are two different things. Given that you have the same swing
speed, the more spin you generate, the slower the ball moves. Fewer winners
you will get.
If you want more winners, you should try to hit flatter. If you want more
consistency or control or ..., you should try more spin.
If you don't swing as freely in match as in practice, I think your
experience in TT should help more than anything.

的比你的球快，基本上是没法短期内靠winner来赢的。
要在底线pusher手里得分，最好是自己上网，这个么要排球经验，要不就是小球+后场
高球，不过这个要羽毛球的经验，呵呵。

yes, when i played pusher, i like to drop shot, then lob to his other side
deep
corner, than move up to volley.

Move the opponent side way is only a basic test, move your match partner up
and back is a further test.
