。这几天感觉差不多好了,只是走路时仍觉得小腿肌肉紧绷。therapist要求俺至少一
个月不能打球。可是俺3周之内还有4次比赛,实在等不了一个月。肌肉拉伤没那么可怕
吧?做些恢复性训练,应该可以继续比赛?大家有这方面经验吗? |

entire 2-3 years. I didn't miss any meets. I just used athlete's wraps/tapes
wrapping around my thigh. You can almost 100% with it. Not a problem unless
it is a severe injury.

能躺床上不停冰敷了。不遵医嘱,后果很严重。。。

b*e 发帖数: 3845 | 13 If it's just a tear of calf muscle, if you're lucky, you may recover in a
week. The tip is when calf muscle is in recovery process, do not stretch it
(or do anything to further hurt it). Try to ice it periodically during the
recovery process, and also raise the leg.
After calf muscle is recoverred, before every match, you may need to do
dynamic stretching of calf muscle. What I usually do for dynamic stretching
is excercise of kicking butt. After every match, you'll need to do static
calf muscle stretching (you may find how to do it on Youtube).

ry a couple of hours, plus using ice. I didn't do as much as she requested t
hough (uhhh...always not a good patient). I did raise my leg quite a lot. I
never did static calf muscle stretching after match/drill. Will try that lat
er. Thanks again for those help tips. Appreciated. :)

听到砰的一声像球砸到墙上一样,那便是撕裂了。差不多要一个月吧。后期找中医按摩
会有帮助。 |

。不过当时疼得真是冒冷汗。
