on and off 有十多年了，
今天终于找到正手上旋球的感觉了！
James Jensen的ultimate tennis course,好像有点用处。
准备充分，拍面关闭，由下往上，挥拍有一个舒服的弧线...
谁都知道的道理，至今才有所体会，见笑，见笑，哈哈...
其实正手的感觉是在单反的基础上找到的，呵呵...
如此正反手心里都有点底了。
这样打来还不累，下午2个多小时，
感觉老当益壮，呵呵... | b*e

sure all the balls are in. With eastern, mostly balls will go out.
Sometime I just forgot to adjust the grip to be more semi-western
during the rally.

I tried western/semi-western, but my fingers hurt the next day, maybe the
grip is too thick for me. However, using eastern, as long as I have a clear
feeling of the position of the racket, I can still hit with racket face
closed.
Using the left hand to help with changing grip is quite useful, and looks
pretty cool as well. :-)
