再卖recapature tax是25%.这样似乎对我家很不划算。。求解。多谢

's depreciated regardless. when you sell your house, it's so many years away
, the tax you pay may worth far less than the money you pay now.
I am not sure but maybe the house you sell is subject to capital gain tax,
which
could be modest.

(Make an election not to depreciate)。如没报告, 就会如梁山老大所言被当折旧
处理(required to pay recapture)即使你卖前没有折旧; 如有报告,可以不付
recapture.
