发帖数: 10 | 1 不好意思,对 mixed model 一知半解.现在想求 full model 中 fixed effects 的 R2.
我的理解是先 run full model,再 run null model, null model 中去掉所有 fixed
effects (intercept only), 保留 random terms (intercept, slope), 另外要让
random effects covariance 与 full model 的保持一致 (hold=1,2,3 in SAS). 可是
R2怎么这么小呢(< 1%), 几个 fixed effects 都非常 significant.

发帖数: 10 | 3 谢谢. 试过 linear model, R2 16%. Not bad.我在考虑是不是slope (time course)的
问题, 即在 random effect 又在 fixed effect 中.
忘记提了, 求 R2 用的公式为 Residual(null)-Residual(full)/Residual(null).

但是我觉得你的null model里，去掉了fixed effect，但还保留的random effect的
slope，这个不是很make sense呀
我觉得至少要有fixed effect的slope才有random slope存在的意义 |
