最近物色目标，借tesla比较火也考察了下，驾驶了20多迈，P85+整体中规中矩但没啥
惊艳，驾驶感觉硬要说可能和汽油车中的lexus有点像，个人感觉。本人姑且将P85+定
位为中高档轿跑，和其它几个目标进行比较。没有考虑60kw，感觉和其它同级汽油车差
距更远，也就比volt、leaf稍微好些，完全不会想花70k开这车。。。汽油车这边也没
把panamera放进来，原因是驾驶感觉差距太大，价格也有差距，消费群不一样
虽然把电动车和汽油车比不太合适，但作为普通消费者功利地把开起来爽和成本作为主
要指标也无可厚非。
补充一下没有把tesla的tax credit作为优势因为下面出现的车都是目前或者短期内有
望实现10k off msrp的，所以算打个平手吧。也没考虑各种option因为在不比较
panamera的情况下，tesla和其它几款汽油车要加的option价格差不多

１）profitability: 均价１０万的model S毛利率不到25%，也就是说成本要达到7.5万
。model 3物理尺寸和里程也就是小２０％，再加上scale of economy，成本递减40%。
那么也得要有4.5万的成本，算均价５万，最多就是10%的毛利。这个毛利率不能支持太
高的multiple；
２）business model: 目前特斯拉自建supercharger, store, service center。这个
business model 能不能适应几十万上百万的model 3交货量？也就是说model 3量产上
市后，这些基础设施投资会是目前的１０倍几十倍的增长。作为一个重资产的startup
公司，核心汽车领域的研发生产已经非常消耗资金了，完全没有必要继续负担基础设施
的建设。如果这个business model 不能改变，会成为发展的瓶颈。

昨天去新开的一家Tesla体验店仔细的看了看Model S，特意关注了装配的细节，发现
Model S在装配上确实和同档次的德车日车相差甚远，倒是很符合美国车的特点，就是
大条，不细致，不精益求精。
Model S的设计还是很赞的，可是仔细看，用料和装配质量上有很大的问题。举几个简
单的例子：
1）前后车窗的银色frame接缝处对的不齐。店里两辆车，四个解封可谓远近高低各不同。
2）前trunk和左右fender的接缝宽窄不一，甚至有一边靠近前保险杠处还漏出了里面的
防水橡胶。
3）车门一打开，好家伙，一大块黑乎乎的板，看起来好像是皮的，摸起来手感却象塑
料。
4）皮dashboard，摸起来也象塑料。
5）stitches摸起来特别硬，有点划手。
6）中控那个大触摸屏下面什么都没有，空荡荡的，开车时如果把胳膊搭在中间的储物
盒上方，会感觉胳膊要掉下去。

来。
1. 35,000的价格是否合理？
如果Musk承诺的功能都能实现的话，那这个价格算是童叟无欺，是有
竞争力的，即便没有tax credit。
别的不说，乞丐版0-60mph加速时间6秒，这比BBA毫不逊色。更是秒杀
dfbb和一切电动车。
2. 眼下的预定量究竟有多少能兑现？
毫无疑问目前23万的预定量还会持续攀升。等量产开始的时候达到50万
应该一点也不算稀奇。
假设其中一半的预定来自美国，而美国一半的预定会因为tax credit
phase out或用完而取消，那么也只是十几万的影响。再保守些，算
国际订单也取消一半，那最终还是会有25万辆的订单进入生产交付。
后续的销量则会取决于市场对实际产品的反应。
换个角度看，能放心交一千块给tesla两年的，就算不是铁杆粉丝，至
少也是认真想拥有一辆tesla的人。而且人都有从众和争先恐后的心理。
如果到时真车水平达到消费者期望的话，那已经在排队的人恐怕更不愿
意放弃自己的位置。就算自己改变了注意，大概最多也就是转让给亲
戚朋友。

model s大名鼎鼎，虽然帖子视频看了不少，但从未亲身体验过。今天约了本地Tesla店
试驾，认真看了一大圈，来分享一下。
tesla店面不大，但是内装风格很统一，来人源源不断，周六全天约满。s外形大家都知
道了，算比较漂亮比较有气场，但是也比较低调。我仔细挑做工的毛病，后视镜上下接
缝略大，trunk打开时可以看到一些金属焊合面的不平整，车内阅读灯本身就是个按钮
，但是按起来比较cheap，感觉弹力都不正，也不是咬合很紧，滑动很润的那种高档手
感。这些都略属于吹毛求疵了，不过对于80k的车看这些细节也不能算太过分。
前座非常舒服，座椅不是很深不过腰部侧面有些支持，以前我以为加了sports seat座

Model 3 大热的背后，让人又不免开始担心 Model 3 生产的方方面面自建工厂是否能
顶得住产能压力？尚未确定的交付日期是否会遥遥无期？同样，很多人也不理解特斯拉
为什么坚持自建工厂，而不是全球制造。
当我们回顾特斯拉的诞生时，曾描述过 Roadster 的量产是怎样一种噩梦——车身面板
由法国制造，发动机则由中国台湾制造，在中国大陆购买的单块电池，运到泰国组装成
电池组，然后在最短的时间内送到英国去清关，以防它们降解。整车在英国组装好后，
经由好望角运至洛杉矶。当时，特斯拉最年轻有活力的一群工程师深陷泰国，督促供应
商给生产电池组的厂棚加上一圈墙壁。
从变速齿轮到挡风玻璃，事实一再证明，特斯拉这种硅谷初创公司即使找到了顶级供应

所谓model就是数据结构的抽象，data model就是抽象结构化的数据结构
稍微不同于本科数据结构课程里面学的list, set,map那些
这种数据结构一般是硬盘上的数据结构
modeling就是通过一个抽象化过程把model给建立起来
然后所有的数据都能够通过这种model来存放
db就是这种玩意下的产物，先建一个schema，然后根据schema这个结构
来实现具体的table，来存放具体的数据，里面有pk,fk这些东西
however
现在没有人care这些东西，结构化的数据需要大量的资源予以整理，而且很不灵活
现在都在挖掘，如何从无结构或者说很少的结构中抽取出你想要的结果
大量应用了统计等数学，东肥2012年那个列表里面
知识点有很大一部分是是关于这个的技术，比如tf idf这些
不过话说回来，统计本身也有model，但是这个model更象是一个动词
而非一般data model的那样，像是一个名词
或者说statistical modelling比data modelling，那恐怕是要高级一点

标 题: 对比bmw 328i，model 3驾驶感受

之前一直开的是E92平台的bmw 328i，开了几十mile model 3，对比谈谈驾驶感受
感觉model 3对比328i最大的不同就是平稳，model 3 实在太平稳了，不管怎么快速转
弯，车身都保持很平稳，这点328赶不上，328 在高速度快速转向，车身会有明显倾斜
，但是是那种很自信可控的倾斜。这可能是因为很重的电池放在地盘上造成车身中心很
低并且前后重量平衡。 急转弯能力model 3接近328i，差别微小。高速上弯道操控性和
328差不多，在很高的速度都很轻松自信顺畅，但是model 3的车身倾斜非常明显要比
328i小非常多，这方面差别很大。在高速上model 3更显平稳，车身颤动非常少，这对
于乘客感受明显，在快速驾驶情况下，乘客在model 3要舒适很多。
