Dear Friends,
As you may have known, SCA5 introduced by California
Democrat is legalizing institutional racial discrimination
in college admission. With help from many of YOU, it is
put on hold by California assembly and returned to senate
on 3/17/2014.
However, California Democrat is forming "a bicameral commission"
instead of "a bipartisan committee" to investigate SCA5 in an
attempt to ram through SCA5 with biased input with door closed
to public.
Your help is needed to sign the change.org petition calling
for a bipartisan committee to investigate SCA5 in a transparent

SCA5 is against fundamental American value by legalizing
institutional racial discrimination. It is not a Democrat or
Republican issue, it is an American issue. Every American,
