和党支持CIR就是为了希望有10%的民主党劳模转投共和党的票，而不是为了赢得大部分

2.HOUSE共和党大佬表态不能说明他们反对CIR。HOUSE共和党大佬明确说会通过自己的
CIR。现在还不清楚他们所说的HOUSE版的CIR到底是HOUSE 8人帮的CIR还是HOUSE共和党
自己单干搞出一个CIR来。我认为是前者的可能性更大。如果是HOUSE 8人帮的CIR，大
家要记住肯定是HOUSE民主党大佬Nancy Pelosi支持的版本。Pelosi是什么人物，她是

涉的大学招生，入学和防止在校生流失等问题。commission 是顾问性质的（advisory
）, 因此其成员是指定的，开会也不用记录，完全有暗箱操作的嫌疑。
普通人很难区分开commission(非公开)和committee(公开)的概念的。而此时，以
Hernandez为首的支持SCA5的民主党人抛出这样一个令人混淆的概念，不免令人揣测其
居心。
现在我们要做的，就是督促当局成立一个Joint Selected Committee来做这件事，其
中成员包括参议员，众议员，民主党人和共和党人，所有会议内容将是被记录的。我们
