例的现象。这个假设对于非裔、西裔等等都是成立的，可能唯一不成立的就是华裔。这
有华裔的文化因素在内，却被AA忽略。
本来AA在美国实行的初衷是保护少数族裔，但因为程序公正达不到，反而伤害了华裔这
样的少数族裔。如果华裔人数不够多，本来可以忽略，问题不够突出；可惜在加州，这
个被忽略了的假设错误，因为人口组成的特殊性，被加强了。 |

1, the goal of AA is that one day we do not need AA
2, the goal of AA is that we treat people equally regardless of race, sex
If the measure is not to achieve the goal, it is against AA. |

发帖数: 377 | 5 我觉得还需要再问，为什么under represented就需要保护？最原始的出发点就是社会
公平。所以对象是历史上所有受到不公正对待的族裔，而不是咬文嚼字，只保护under-
represented，其他minorities不管。脱离了出发点的字义分析是没有意义的。公平和
平均是不一样的概念，fair和equal。

黑人精英們從來不支持整體族裔的提升，就是因為他們要踩著那些大批窮黑哥們的肩膀

But this should not just
be an Asian-American issue, it should be about what America really stands
for. Is this a country that discriminates against the successful, or one
that rewards those who work hard? Most of my Caucasian friends are very
upset about this rule too. My campaign manager is the grandson of Italian
immigrants, he is proud to say they came to America at a time where The
American Dream was only limited by one's own potential, not their heritage.
