be an Asian-American issue, it should be about what America really stands
for. Is this a country that discriminates against the successful, or one
that rewards those who work hard? Most of my Caucasian friends are very
upset about this rule too. My campaign manager is the grandson of Italian
immigrants, he is proud to say they came to America at a time where The
American Dream was only limited by one's own potential, not their heritage.

其次几点建议:
1) 整个站点应面向所有族裔, 不光是华裔. 这就是说
* 主要内容应该用英文
* 要站在道德至高点，即 SCA5 == 种族歧视，性别歧视．
像＂华裔议员集体背叛＂这种提法在BBS上说还可以，放到
public website上就不太合适了．
2) 要Spread positive message．建议主要message为
Equality For All, Say No to Racism, Say No to SCA-5．
"Equality", "racism" 都是大家耳熟能详的概念，把他们和SCA5联系
起来更容易让人接受．"Don't Deny Kids For Their Skin Color"要
传达的message不是很明确．
3) 建议将Why Not改为一个FAQ形式，用英文详细介绍为什么SCA-5不好
从公平，反种族歧视，着手，引述美国联邦宪法，最高法院最近的判决等
作为支持论点．收集反对SCA-5的论点（比如http://calwatchdog.com/2013/07/12/sca-5-would-repeal-much-of-prop-209-anti-discrimination-initiative/)， 让人有＂SCA-5
不得人心＂的感觉．
4) AA是一个无法回避的问题，建议不要直接反AA，而是将SCA-5和AA区别开来．
原则上不否认 diversity 的好处，但是强调不能为 diversity 而 diversity，否则
变成 ratio quota，对谁都没有好处．
