I am a female postdoc working in UCSF mission bay campus. I am now living in
a singal room of a 4-bedroom/2 bath room apartment in UCSF mission bay
campus. I have to move out because my family is coming.
I am looking for a female replacement tenant for my room. According to the
lease, the replacement tenant should be UCSF students, postdocs, residents
or clinical fellows . Or full time graduate student of the following
universities:
American college of chinese traditional medicine.
Godengate university.
UC Hastings
California college of the arts
San francisco art institute
So you can take over the lease. The room will be avalible on about 2011 Dec
23rd and the lease will end on 2012 June30th. After that, you can renew the
lease. Water, electrisity, gabage and high-speed-internet are all included
in the rent.
All my roomates are female. They are friendly and quite. The room faces the
campus housing yard and is very quite.
