本人背景不好，文章也不多，本科学医的，土鳖博士，第三年博后，课题是疼痛方面的
，技术主要是电生理，包括膜片钳的。将来大的方向还是想回国吧，但是也没确定。
费劲千辛万苦，联系到了以下2个比较满意的地方，但是不知道选哪个。
麻烦大家给给建议：
1. purdue，新老板（2年前刚结束博后），做naChR。只有一个R00，到2014年结束。我
是实验室第一个博后。给40,000。实验室还有一个技术员 2个研究生。答应给换H1.
2.UCSF。继续做疼痛。属于ucsf实验室规模比较小的。2个老板。一个老板50多岁，另
一个老板是神经外科医生。
有一个R01，2个R21和一些私人基金。给46,000.实验室还有一个技术员 一个博后。说2
年内基金没问题。也答应给换H1。
个人分析：
第一个实验室好处：新老板，感觉人比较nice。实验室小，可以和老板有充分的交流。
平台是现成的。
不好的地方：位置偏僻，purdue的neuroscience氛围不好。而且课题和我以前的完全无
关（我倒是不怕。）

如果其实是来做博士后的话那就算了。
如果来正经读研究院的话，那UCSF 是一家非常非常难进的学校，
几乎比哈佛还难进（因为UCSF招的人远比哈佛少）
如果有这个机会还是应该去的。博士后当然是要申请，但是作为UCSF的毕业生，
除非你做的特别糟糕，否则博后应该很容易申请得到。工作应该也是能够找得到的。
如果找不到满意的工作是不是只能回国啦？看到找工作版，形势真的那么不好？哎。 |

应付得来。 另外，UCSF的parking每月是多少。

relaxing.I dont like Daly City because it is crowded and chilly. Cities like
Millbrae, Burlingame, San Mateo are nice because there are lots of open
spaces and parks.
Commute from east bay is tiring. Plus, bart connection to UCSF mission bay
is not that convenient. While you can have a nice walk from caltrain station
to the campus (about 10 min).

不过 Berkeley 整体不行 感觉会越来越不行
sf 也是乱糟糟的啊 你领导从 transbay 到 ucsf mb

class size 很小，（有一年 BMI 只有一个人，当然是美国人）收外
国人很难。我们组以前有个瑞典人一直很想从瑞典转学过来，最后
（在 UCSF!)当了快三年的交换学生以后才转正。我个人认为他是在浪
费生命。 |
