work, then it seems there is no financing.
by the way, those in alameda county de are most located in oakland, those in
santa clara de are most in not
very good district in san jose.

但好像都要带certain%的cashier's check。

I took a quick look at the santa clara ones, some are ok. Maybe the okay
ones will have a lot of competition. Maybe go 见识见识。

cash only 的房子，很多人去抢，成交价基本比当时市场价能低个10来万。
那个starting bid price 根本不用看，拿不到的。
不知道今年会怎么样。 |
