(第一段中，基本完全常识性错误，spinning的drag力量大于同等重量下的conventional
太多了，stella 20000的drag现在降为55磅，saltiga 6500是66磅，重量在30盎司左右
的重量，没有一款conventional能达到这个drag力，这个和crank无关。
第一段中的line twist，是因为横向切线通过line roller时候，因为mono切面是圆形
，造成力矩不均衡，线通过line roller时候有个转向力，shimano和daiwa都有部分解
决mono线的twist buster等设计，现在的轮子这个部分要好很多。
布线/即pe/braided线，因为不是一体线，拉力下通过line roller是平贴通过，不会造
成twist，这是常识。)

总的来说，各有优缺点。看您看重哪一点。
spinning的最大亮点是cast,特别是对于新手，用conventional reel进行casting的时候容易产生“鸟巢“。缺点也很多：线容量小；crank力量不足；天然的设计缺陷，crank时容易摆动；线容易拧转，特别是mono，超过#20以上的mono用在spinning reel那是自己为难自己，虽然有编织线，其实也存在拧线，只不过编织线没有”记忆“，不显示出来，但是容易伤线，反复多次应用积累到一定程度，在fight大鱼拉紧线的时候，可能会莫明其妙地断线。

我喜欢conventional reel，便宜，耐用。船钓我用conventional reel。岸钓用spin。
时候容易产生“鸟巢“。缺点也很多：线

Jeb不去，估计前总统小布什也不会去。隐约感觉很多人也不会很卖力和trump的支持者
作对，但也不支持trump，置之身外，不会去convention专门和trump作对，弄不好真有
riot。不去的人，大多不支持trump的人，这些人不去，在convention上阻止trump的力
量估计也减弱了。

给的 FHA estimate 是按几个月前 guideline 算的，10 月开始有新的 guideline。
FHA 的话，有 1% UFMIP（upfront fee），也就是多了 2580，加到 loan amount 里了
。但是月供比 conventional 低 25 块左右， 大概 5 年才能 breakeven 这个cost。
而且 FHA 的 MIP 有 5 年要求，如果一两年内有余钱付 principle，conventional 是
更好的选择。
如果房价利率都跌，你还是可以 refinance FHA loan。 Conventional loan 要 refi
的话需要 appraisal， 如果underwater，还要再贴钱进去才能 refi。 |

你说收入超了，那应该很快能 remove PMI
FHA 有5 年限制，就是你有钱 pay down，也要继续付 PMI。
或者你考虑做FHA 5 ARM ， 放 10% down， 拿下 5 ARM 的 rate， 就算加上 1.1 的PMI 跟 conventional 30 fixed rate 差不多。
好处是，只有 10% 的 down， 而不是conventional loan 要求的 80% 甚至是 75% 的 LTV 要求
坏处是 5 ARM， 利率没保障。
你可以问问你的 agent， 能不能 cover UFMIP， 就算利率高一个点，也要把upfront 的 cost 降下来。 这个跟版上的 nocost 是一个概念。 |

我本来想着是来电暴力的。因为只看数据的话，Conventional Reels可以很轻松的装上
50LB以上的线，这样就可以不需要多少遛鱼的技巧，而直接暴力的抓鱼了。。。
那么我是否可以说，Conventional Reels基本上适合船钓，然后配合6尺左右的段杆，
而不能像SPINNING那样直接CAST？我晚上GOOGLE了半天，基本上都是说BC比SPINNING甩
的远，所以我才想直接想Conventional Reels。看来实际情况不是这样。。。有点迷茫
了。 |

0.8算出来了呀.
对lz, 推荐走2个贷款, 一个小额的补足你的20%, 然后房子的贷款就走conventional;
这样尽快把小额贷款还清, 就不用交FHA的那个insurance了.
另外你如果全部FHA, 利率还能不能拿到一样的呢?...
