distance. But if he wants to claim having run a marathon (as opposed to
walking one), he should do it like most runners do and finish under 6 hours
(it would already be a stretch to call 6 hours running).

intense than your marathon effort. You would appreciate yourself if you can
still finish a marathon at he age.

it. It's not running. Call that running would be disrespecting real runner.

then I will train hard until I can participate one day. It's like I cannot
participate in fukuoka marathon, and that's fine. No complaints.
