如果跑到一半或2/3就没有GAS了 那灰常的惨 ···

is after the race, not before the
race.
if you were gonna race a 5K, you'd be screwed after taking a week off. for
the marathon, it is not as bad. start
slow and you will rediscover your energy reserve late in the race.

要想跑好,还是要和鱼哥 那种,态度认真。

of them). Bill Rodgers ran 6 marathons in 1977, won 5 of them (including NYC
and Fukuoka) and DNF Boston.

, and continue the training plan right after the race (maybe 1 day off on
Monday), seems HM race really does not need that much rest. slow run should
be fine I guess.
