我就不客气了,你的fueling protocol有点问题:
(1)早餐1500cal太多了,你需要的carb头个星期就应该load完了。当天早上吃的carb
基本没什么用,反而会导致你游泳的时候消化不良(想象一下在水里玩命扑腾的时候,
反胃是什么感觉)。早上起来在一到两小时内灌一瓶32oz的运动饮料(不是gatorade)
,再吃一个香蕉或一个bar,足够足够了。
(2)你的nutrition里面缺蛋白质。gel什么的大部分是糖,你消耗三小时以上就需要
蛋白质了,否则晚些时候你会感到巨饿巨空虚无比,即使把胃里灌满gel都没用,那吃
gel的感觉就跟喝水一样。
(3)靠喝gatorade补充电解质远远远远不够。我搞70.3的时候体重大概在156,每半个
小时吃一颗endurolyte。
(4)carb load的时候一定要记得喝足够的水,因为身体分解碳水化合物需要更多的水
分。比赛前三天(就是明天)开始下意识地hydrate,每天注意持续大量喝水排尿,同
时保持电解质平衡,如果到比赛前晚尿是清撤的,就达标了(记得睡觉前还要灌一瓶水
)。比赛前一天把肚子排空,头天晚上不要吃太多。
如果你手头没有这些nutrition的话,去local bike shop或REI应该可以找得到。

谢谢老横。你太客气了。。。
那我去REI买2打盐片。赛前拿3个空瓶装蛋白粉,在bike special need(1/2bike),
T2,run special need的时候兑水喝。车上再放几片火腿
早餐--我是按那本三项宝典建议的。不过上面建议3点钟吃,我起不了那么早,打算4点
吃。

同问,这个周六的60k需要试验一下,这些蛋白质能消化吗?

Yes, protein intake is absolutely important for long distance tris.
Theoretically, you are supposed to intake protein for anything longer than 2
hours, but most people don't bother because the effect is not prominent.
The problem is that the digestion system can't absorb as many calories from
sugar as the body consumes them. So when there is a deficiency, the body
turns to other sources for energy -- fat and protein. The body can only
burn fat so fast, and when the fat burning is not enough, it turns to stored
protein. Essentially, the body will start digesting the muscles at some
point if no external protein is provided.
Some pro triathletes actually take amino acid capsules directly.

thanks. glad to learn something new today.
i found accel gel comes with 4:1 carb:protein. some people have problem with it b/c of digestive issues
