Early this year, I battled runner's knee for about 3 months. Just when
that was getting better, I injured my right foot in a HM race by wearing
the wrong type of shoes that I could even walked on afterward. That injury
lasts for another couple of months, during which time I had to ware hard
insoles. I struggled to maintain even 60 mi/mon for the first | b***i 发帖数: 10018 | 2 Now i think it's especially good for ultramarathons and ironmans, which are
raced at lower than 75% VO2max. Its effect on marathon distance, which is
often raced at 85% VO2max, is less obvious though.
