不是每次跑都痛,但不止一次
因为基本都是周六去体育馆跑,于是每次都是顺时针跑,然后痛的话都是左脚膝盖痛,
右脚从来没痛过,这是因为跑的姿势不正确吗?

也可能是你左脚本来就有点弓足或平足。下次逆时针跑看看会不会好点。
体育馆里的跑道弯度太大,对膝盖本来就不好。

上跑步机吧,体育馆的跑道半径太小。

再问个问题,大家如果上跑步机跑是先做好热身(比如压腿)呢,还是跑完再压腿
我好像从来没看到有人在跑步机附近热身,直接一上来就开始跑,而在跑道的话大家都
是先热身的

压腿 is completely useless. There is a lot of misconception in warming up
and stretching. Just because the runner next to you does it doesn't mean he
knows what he's doing. Warm up by running slowly, that's all. No need to
stretch before the run.

and how can I stretch the muscles on the lower legs
PS I swim regularly for three years and have just started running two months
ago

In my experience (also supported by the experience of many other runners),
stretching is completely useless. I say there is no need to stretch at all,
before or after running. Just make sure you warm up properly (which often
means running slowly for one or two miles).
If your knees or any other joints hurt, it is not because you didn't stretch. It's because you have increased your running load too rapidly, and because your form isn't perfect. Give your body enough time to recover, and make adjus

跑步之前不用压腿,在跑步机上先用比较低的速度跑一会儿就是很好的热身了。

thank you! will running help shape the leg muscles? I saw those marathon run

before, although I have lost 7~8lbs since I start running. Is it the result
of my improper running form?

As far as I know, there is no evidence supporting the claim that stretching
after the run helps with recovery or prevents injury. There is evidence that
stretching before a run DECREASES the performance, and there has been cases
of runners who injure themselves by stretching too hard after a run.

Unless you work in the gym with heavy weights on the legs, the shape of your
leg muscles will not be modified much and is determined by your genetics.
Of course, if you lose some fat, your legs may look more muscular simply
because there is less fat.

我个人感觉跑完拉几下还是挺有用的, 特别是AT和ITB, 都非常紧。。。

恩,同意。我也是跑完后一定要拉,不然走不了路,拉完后感觉很舒服。

你要确定到底怎么个疼法。
酸痛很正常,缺乏锻炼而已。注意running form,在版上好好考考古。另外出现问题的
时候可以降低速度稍微少跑一点,坚持一段时间就好了。
剧烈疼痛我估计不大会,不然你就不是这个叙述法了。没有大问题,锻炼不酸不痛还能
叫锻炼吗?

老大我今天突然意识到feature太多的鞋子可能不一定好, 减震差的鞋子,
如果running form不对的话, 很容易能意识到, 但是减震太好的鞋子,
会纵容这些坏习惯, 似乎whx以前也提过这个。。
所以想提高running form, 不一定非要上鸭脯, 上些feature少的鞋子就
好了。。。

我就是跑完后压腿,比如两腿并拢站立,上身使劲弯腰下去同时保持两腿直立。这个方
法最好,在哪里都可以做。这样拉完后膝盖和大腿上肌肉都暖烘烘的,呵呵。
关于鞋子和running form, 我最近也有点体会了。我的 NB WR749好像减震效果非常好
,刚开始只有这双鞋子,后来买了WR758, 比较一下立马就知道749的好处了。穿着749
没感觉到我右脚的不正常,因为它的鞋底非常厚,穿了758后立刻就能看出来我右脚的
姿势明显跟左脚不一样。真唐啊。

不是每个人都那么会学习,有很好的自我反省意识,所以好鞋的作用还是很大的,就象
车版牛人说只有开手动车才叫开车,其实喜欢开自动车而永远不会开手动的人大把,

是啊是啊,我其实就是在说我运气好,先穿了749这样的好鞋,提高点水平然后再穿758
这样不很好的鞋来发现自己的不足。^_^
