本来今早出去跑long run 15mi,到了8.5mi等完红绿突然就迈不动腿了。现在都是这样
,保持一个姿势可以(站立或者坐下),但只要一弯,膝盖就疼,位置貌似在膝盖的背
面。我怀疑是冻的,多伦多这鬼天气,都7月份了,早上居然才14度。哪位神医能告诉
我,这是拉伤,冻伤,还是runner's knee, itbs…?

下面是从网上看到的,我想我今天拉伤的原因是没有做热身,尤其温度很低,而我又穿
的短袖短裤。贴出来让大家引以为鉴:
The following measures may have the effect of reducing the chances of sustai
ning a muscle strain.
Warm up prior to matches and training is thought to decrease muscle stretch
injuries because the muscle is more extensible when the tissue temperature h
as been increased by one or two degrees. A good warm up should last at least
20 minutes - starting gently and finishing at full pace activity. Practisin
g sport specific activities helps tune coordination and prepare mentally for
competition.
Recovery after training sessions and matches can be enhanced by performing a
cool down. This is thought to help muscles get rid of waste products. This
is also the ideal time to do stretching exercises.
Maintaining good muscle strength and flexibility may help prevent muscle str
ains. Muscle strength allows a player to carry out match activities in a con
trolled manner and decreases the uncoordinated movements which can lead to i
njury. Tight muscles are associated with strains. Stretching is therefore pr
actised to maintain muscle length and prevent injury.

上周歇了一周,这周恢复,
不过这个量以前到过的
