Is it possible for me? My 20-miler took me 3 h 50min in my training. But i
still wish i could run my first marathon in 4 and half h. |
w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 2 You are thinking too much. Your first 2 miles will set the tone, and after
that you'll forget all of your plans.:) My advice to you is, DO NOT WALK! If
you think you might need to walk, slow down, but keep running. If you want
to do walking breaks, do it starting at mile 1, don't be forced to do it at
mile 20.

面稍慢一点,但是平均10分。20mile之后就随便跑吧!
我打赌你能跑进4小时30分,非常看好你!
我也去long island跑半马,顺便替你们助威!
还有,我会周六晚上在marriott住一晚,周日中午checkout。你要是怕东西丢,我可以

once you start walking after mile 20, it would be very difficult to pick up
the pace again. The pace you planned for so carefully in the first 20 miles
would become completely pointless.

slow it is) will help you both physically and mentally. |

a marathon regardless of the time. A minute's walking break every mile or
two is absurd if one wants to run his or her best time, even if the person
is slow.
