Due to rain and schedule conflict I had to resort to treadmill
to fulfill the challenge this afternoon. I thought about running
in the rain, but chickened out in the last minute.
How I did it:
Run 2.4 mi at pace 10 and 0.5 incline then bathroom break.
Switched treadmill run 6 mi @ 8:34 pace w/ 0.5 incline.
Switched treadmill run 4.7 mi @ 8:34 pace w/ 0.0 incline
First time did 13.1 mi on treadmill, doable, but not recommended. |

跟往常一样，本周累计里程33迈。
今天的long run pace 8:18，比之前最好的8:47快了半分钟。跑之前也有意识想试试在
8、9成努力程度下，最好能跑到什么水平。不利的地方是风比较大，不过半程的时候，
跟往常一样回家补充水分，中间休息了4、5分钟，所以这个pace还是有折扣的，还有
305测距要扣掉2-5%的误差，估计最后跑半马，顶多就是8:10的pace，正常发挥还是能
跑进1小时50分。
