求签2年non-compete，之前公司没有签过，因为是做risk manager开始，所以被忽视了
。。。
想请教各位前辈，这个non-compete一签是不是相当于卖身了，主动跳槽的话除非转行
，否则即使像回国的这种是不是也要家里蹲2年？当然估计被lay掉的话没影响，但是这
似乎更糟糕。
主要问题是新公司需要relocate，和老婆上班的城市不在一起，需要异地，所以想做决
定之前考虑清楚这个non-compete带来的后果，夫妻异地始终不是个办法 |

btw，谁如果要求我签两年，我会觉得这是很offensive的要求。你应该叫这个给你发
