2.625% for 7 yrs ARM
3.0% for 10 yrs ARM
2.5% for 10 yrs fix
2.625% for 15 yrs fix
3.375% for 20 yrs fix
3.5% for 30 yrs fix
所有利率都是没有impoud account而且没有closing cost

instead of principle. and overall you pay almost double interest of 15 yrs
term.
i guess that's the trade of of having $$ now in hand or have $$ later. |

我前15年两者花销的对比是30：45。钱一直是贬值的，后15年的30万的购买力及对你的

additional for 7 yrs(it does cover air suspension although it wasn't built
into mine) , when you are almost about to get a rid of the car. Anything
broken in a Mercedes you are easily paying thousands for the repair. |

结婚和认识的时间足够长了。可是好像还是没有学会怎么相处。非常容易互相怄气。常
