do a lot of online and even character tests before on-site. I heard some
people were fired there in a pretty short period of time, this firm doesn't
have much patience for you to perform.

stability. I heard they fired several non-trader right before bonus time.

and never heard from them after that. It took him a lot of time to prepare
for background check but not even worth for them to give ultimate yes or no.

like you and your sharpe, you get 10mm aum. thats it. forget abt learning
curve. you are on your own. |

的特点？还是这个公司太烂？
纯外行的说。。。

they showed little respect/professionalism. I also learnt that they have a
very screwed up culture, consistent with what others said here. Don't even
waste your time on their lengthy interview process.

发帖数: 63 | 9 不至于这样的负面。虽然没在worldquant工作过，不过感觉还是一个适合seasoned
quant portfolio manager工作的公司，特别对于想自己建立一个部门的PM来说。公司
的bottom line cost挺低，PnL的提成也不错，infrastructure还可以的。CEO还是挺开
明，是个risk taker。只要你能deliver decent pnl with high Sharpe，就能获得挺
好支持。对于junior/newbies，应该不太适合，除非有一个很好的desk要你，并给你2
年学习。 |
