Assistant PM是entry-level的,应该召PhD毕业生比较多
一个PM带几个Assistant PM，这几个人是直接竞争关系，互相不会交流太多
知道几个那里做Assistant PM的,背景比较牛但也不算大牛
总体应该比去2sigma,citadel,deshaw做quant research的差点

成 比较爽（如果赚钱的话），但知道没绿卡非常危险。
相比有些quant research 职位可能几个月后让你trading（不保证）， 不知道是否更
靠谱一点。

毕竟这个公司所谓的assistantPM大多招的是fresh graduates
感觉就是entry-level quant换了个title当噱头而已(干的活也是quant的活)
但要是entry-level quant的话,比这家好的地方还是有一些的
说白了还是你有什么其它的option没有,有的话可以比较一下
没有的话就大胆去! 冒点风险,几年后真成PM不就牛了,呵呵.

D.E.Shaw对junior来说是最理想的,Citadel也不错,但等于签了卖身契. |

不保证， 需要relocate。

experience, but not as PM, in these case, only you know how good is your
strategy you plan to run, if you think it's sharp 2.5+, you can try
worldquant, otherwise better not go there, the chance you can survive more
than 2 years are not that good. |

worldquant as PM, in your case, yOu are probably not too senior to enter

decent trading strategy? If yes, and worldquant provide necessary
infrastructure/connection for trading your asset class, just go and hook
some big money :) Otherwise I would have to say no since it is quite often
to take up to 1 year to build a new strategy, worldquant may not be that
patient...(I am assuming your will manager your own capital, not work for somebody else)
