to release the source code of the ENTIRE software if your users ask for it.
TNT is in public domain, but doesn't seem to be actively developed nowadays.
boost::uBLAS does not have GPL style restriction and is a mature and
maintained library.
You can also consider ATLAS: http://math-atlas.sourceforge.net/ , which uses BSD-style license. |
