主要是管理和沟通
需要的技术背景并不是那么强
也不需要你去解决技术上的问题,
知道什么样的问题去找什么样的专家就足够了
重要的是懂得程序和流程的规范
保证做出来的东西符合cGMP或者GLP的要求
这些真的不需要PHD
