6 weeks paid by the CA state, 12 unpaid leave by US goverment for
maternity leave.
BUt i am not sure how much the CA state will pay for the 6 week.
I googled, someone said 55% of your salary, someone said 959 per week?
my company don't have other benefit. Is this normal in other companies?

salary. second 6 weeks is family bonding leave, $987/week. if more than that
, no pay then but you can take up to 12 weeks family bonding leave. |

6 weeks for paid family leave (dad and mom have the same right)
normally 55% of the salary or $987 maximum per week
some companies have secondary insurance. the total benefit will be up to 66%
or 2/3 of the salary (weekly maximum to $3500) |
