账单出来只算了1%，发信让客服调整，结果客服把我拒了。

charge of $229.94 from Officemax/Officedepot dated January
1, 2016 is listed as Direct Marketing-Combination Catalog
and Retail Merchants.
不知道是不是chase最近改政策了，把officemax踢出office supply的类型了吗？ |

ink的自身的5% bonus和用哪一个portal也会有关系吗？

supply那还有啥店能算，况且我买的还是正宗的办公用品。
