Thank you for your recent inquiry concerning your account. We are pleased to
inform you that we have credited your account for $xxx. The credit(s) will
appear on your upcoming billing statement. Any interest charges and any
American Express fees associated with the charge(s) have been adjusted.
If the merchant provides us with information at a later date supporting the
charge as valid, we will rebill your account and send you a letter with a
copy of the information we received from the merchant.
就是merchant可能提供什么信息后还会rebill？难道开始merchant没有调查就退钱了？
还是这钱是amex退的？

merchant一般懒得理的话就自然dispute成功，amex把钱从merchant那退回来

merchant一直没搭理。像这个dispute一天就结束了，钱也退回来了，估计是merchant
同意退款，之后不会再给rebill回去吧？
当然是amex给的了，不过amex给之前会给merchant一定时间调查并给出相关的证据。
merchant一般懒得理的话就自然dispute成功，amex把钱从merchant那退回来

這肯定是 amex 給的，應該還沒輪到 merchant 反應。rebill 也有可能。

不是，一兩個月沒退回來的跟這個肯定不是同一種 dispute
這肯定是 amex 給的，應該還沒輪到 merchant 反應。rebill 也有可能。

一天就closed总是让人有点担心

刚刚和客服聊了，客服是这么说的：
that means if the charge is disputed as unauthorized.. the disputed amount
is credited back to the card account by Amex..if the merchant i not able to
proved the support
Please don't worry as the dispute is closed form our end and we have
credited the amount to the card account..
the credit will stay on the account and It will show up online in 24-48
hours and will reflect in the next statement.
这次dispute的金额比较大，而一天就closed了，比较担心会不会rebill回去，想用又
不敢用。客服说可以给我寄一张支票我也没有答应。。

disputed amount超过$1000 真要解决了就过来发包子！
