的车，保守估计要修的话要10000刀。我自己的车今天去估了一下价，大概修要2000刀
左右。我的deductible是400刀。现在有两种选择，一个就是出400刀，把自己车全修了
。另外一个办法是外观部分不修了，自己掏200刀左右把自己车的车灯修一下。
我的问题是如果我只修车灯，自己掏腰包，那么保险公司就不用付我的修车钱，我的保
险会涨吗？现在有人说不会，因为那个no-fault的条款。有人说会，因为即使我的车不
修，保险公司依然要承担对方车的修理。
比较confused，有没有人能给一个比较肯定的回答，谢谢！还有，有没有没什么trick
，能够让我少花点钱。

关键是对方.
分2种情况
1.如果对方有collision险,那么对方保险公司全负责对方的,然后会找到你的保险公司
把所有金额要回来.这样一来你的保险要涨起来.
2.对方没有collision,那对方只能找你的保险公司要500,你的不会涨(也许会涨一点不
会很多).或者你可以直接支付这500,就肯定不会涨, |

对方车走他自己的保险公司，顶多你保险公司出他的deductible

people that I know only buy no-fault...
No fault insurance as required by the state of Michigan only covers: 1.
property damage you made to other people while in Michigan, 2. personal
injury protection for you and your family if hurt in an accident, and 3.
residual liability insurance (in case you get sued, note: you can only get
sue under certain circumstances...)
So, as you can see, no fault insurance does not cover your

comprehensive does not equal exactly to "collision covered",
collison is seperate from comprehensive, tho some insurance firm doesn't
treat them seperately.
check the policy carefully with especially collision when they offer
comprehensive.

only but I do not know of any that would sell comprehensive to you without
collision coverage...
fyi (in case someone else wants to know):
collision kicks in only if the damage to your car is due to collision (an
accident...) whereas comprehensive covers any damage to your car such as a
falling object, theft, etc.... |

所以只要要弄个limited collision防身，否则一旦被撞就惨了

The liability insurance cost increased $70 for the whatever fee, compared to the states I lived in...And only 500 can be claimed even if the car hitting you was fully responsible....
If this is right...let's assume A is an excellent driver, and hates B, and wants him suffer. A has a SUV, and B drives a carolla.... A can get a full coverage for his own car and then total B's car easily. A only pays 500.....

my quote for liability $50000/100000 with $1000 medical expenses was only $
