两个问题。
1. 我刚意识到，其实router/switch 端口都有5分钟collision记录。
然后查了一下，确实！那个端口collision不少。这就是基础补习了，呵呵。
不过按百分比看，也没十分大。
也许我可以制造一些流量，看看collision的情况。

还需要买Collision 吗？

the deductible when you claim it, regardless fault
if it is the other driver's fault, you can claim his liability without
going through your own collision. or you can, if you choose to, and pay
the deductible. your insurance company will collect money from the other
party and refund your deductible.
UM property "damage" will kick in to pay your deductible if you have to
claim your own collision because other driver does not |

liability应该是自己保险能cover
想问一下板上有经验的，这样的话collision需要购买吗？还是原来保自己车的
collision会cover租来车的collision？

是不是就不用collision了？
另外不怎么懂保险里面的选项，难道collision&medical payments不和liability有重
复么？如果车祸受伤，bodily injury liability应该就cover吧，为什么还要一个
medical payments？同样的，车损坏的话，也可以cover，为什么还要一个collision呢？

出了车祸之后，如果是你有责任，你要赔付的有：1、自己的liability赔对方，2、赔
偿租车公司车的损失，3、租车公司因为修车造成的loss of use等其他损失。信用卡的
保险主要针对第二部分，不保第一部分liability，第三部分是否保要看情况。
信用卡的secondary租车险是指，如果你自己的保险有collision部分，你自己的保险是
primary，要用你自己的保险先赔付租车公司，超出你自己保险额度的部分再由信用卡
的保险赔付。
而如果信用卡的保险是primary，即使你有自己的保险，也是由信用卡的保险先赔付。
对于自己的保险没有collision的，信用卡的primary和secondary没有区别。 |

我说collision肯定降低网络性能,别人说你怎么证明。

问题：去一般的body shop修，以后到期还lease的时候会不会被dealer找借口多收钱？
去了 BMW certified collision 是不是可以避免这种麻烦？

发帖数: 213 | 25 现在还不能下结论，警察报告是否已经出来了？如果没出来建议你等等看，保险公司现
在不受理你的uninsured那个claim是因为保险公司还不能确定对方是否真的没保险，所
以严格说来跟你有没有collision没关系。
我们三月初的时候发生的追尾事件跟你类似，最后的修车情形就是：等警察报告，警察
还比较nice，有什么问题都不厌其烦的作答，但是因为报告写完后要上边审查，也足足
等了21天才拿到事故报告，保险公司按uninsured给我们修车，我们自己出uninsured的
那个deductible 100刀。但是这100刀至今还没返给我，后来也想开了人没事，破点财
算了。
当时跟保险公司claim时也是什么都不懂，保险公司有自己的一套程序，在没拿到警察
报告之前他们始终不松口给我按uninsured陪，非让我用自己的collision 修车，
deductible 1000，反正那段日子很崩溃了
所以建议楼主先不要着急找律师，如果自己买了uninsured property damage那一项的
话可以先等等警察报告，这种情况下保险公司还是会给cover的 |

我的意思是，如果撞车了，
如果是对方的错而且对方也有保险，是他的错他应该赔我，如果是我的错，我会用
liability赔他。
如果他没有保险而且是他的错，我的unisured property injury 应该赔我对吧？如果
是我的错，是用collision赔我，对吗？
也就是说，collision只管撞车或别的什么东西，是自己的错误的情况吧？

2. if you have COMPREHENSIVE & COLLISION, you dont need to purchase UMPD.
or say you automatic get UMPD cover

bumper is loss, maybe just couple hundreds to put it back. can't tell
without pictures
likely you would have gotten $500 or even higher for collision. you'll
likely end up paying for the repair yourself anyway.
so you should add collision to your policy now. get $500 or lower
deductible.

是发生概率越高理赔越贵的项目，comprehensive保撞动物，天灾人祸等，发生概率比
较小；
不过通过你的帖子我才知道，可以单独购买comprehensive，以前一直以为它是
collision的附加险呢 |

车费，然后你的保险公司会想办法找对方保险公司要钱，要到了钱会返还你的deductib

如果没有collision，就自己组织证据，去咨询学校免费的legal service，看能不能有
学校的免费律师帮你打这个官司，或者可以自己represent自己去small amount court起
诉对方保险公司。只要证据给力，对方保险公司会寻求庭外和解的。【 在 lainey001

各国政府和各大NCAP组织对于碰撞安全性的研究和相关标准的建立，在时间上，基本是
Front最早，然后Side，再往后是Rollover，最后是Rear。也就是说 Rear collision
是最晚被重视和加以研究的。所以model year稍早一些的车，Rear collision就会非常
的差。
这一点Volvo确实做得非常好。很早期的车也都是G。 |

好看点，credit score高一点，以后买房的话有利。
但是是不是所有finance的话必须要买全包（full collision）的啊？quote了一下这一
项要加我50到100刀，不知道是不是必须的呀（limited collision可以么）？一个月交
这么多保险感觉很亏，apr只要别超过10%我倒不在意，必须的话就想cash付了。
自己现在的credit score用karma查是758，暂时不知道三大局的是多少。

偿标准：更换rear door, 但赔偿的标准是按非原厂配件的价格来估算的， 估价是$515
, 而打电话问dealer, 原厂的rear door 要$770, 赔偿的labor 费是 4.6 hour body
labor（$50/hours） + 3 hours paint labor($50/hours)， collision 的赔偿不是应
该以“恢复原样” 为标准吗，怎么能以非原厂配件的标准来算呢？更换车门, 而只
paint车门的话是否会导致车门与其他部分的颜色不一样？ 想问问大家， 这个赔偿标
准合理吗？是否有和保险公司negioate 的余地？ 典型的collision赔偿都是怎样的？

发帖数: 509 | 50 打算给老婆买辆新车，就她自己用，本打算看看新X1，16款GLA，NX200，但老婆勤俭持
家，低调做人，觉得来个平民品牌就好了。
家里有一辆15款的outback，配了eyesight，个人觉得对行车安全很有帮助，所以希望
小车也能有类似的功能。看了看CX-3，HR-V，如果要是加pre collision system 都必
须是顶配+package，配完了都快三万了，outback买的时候也才三万出头，这么小的车
觉得不值啊。比较靠谱的选择是subaru的XV，除了最低trim，其他都可以上eyesight，
我们对outback都很满意，但是不想再来一辆差不多的车了。
请板上高人说说平民品牌里有没有其他的小车可以加pre collision system, 性价比又
比较高的，谢谢。 |
