请问：
1. 这种PPD+胸片-的情况是不是很普遍的？看有国家卫生局说国内45%都是感染者，就
是指这样的吧？
2. 异烟肼杀TB有效期限有多长呢？如果这次杀了，下次一回国，又感染上了，莫不成
又得吃了？权衡发病几率和副作用，我很抵触吃药。
请有类似情况的家长给点经验和建议，谢谢！！ | c*******e

生结论是'latent infection',开isoniazid。
has your child had previous TB skin test before? and if he did, what is the
result?
if he never did or you don't know the answer then with a negative chest x-
ray and symptoms the child is labeled as LTBI, latent TB infection, this
does not mean he has TB, but he is at risk for activation and get infected,
thus the idea of treating him now,
the other problem is when he converted, with all the confusion of vaccine
and everything, they don't consider it anymore,

一年前也做过皮试和胸透：皮试11mm，胸片正常。今年的15mm更大些，也就是医生觉得
要treat的原因之一 —— 但试想没有同期对照，试剂批号不同，这15与11比较真的有
意义吗？

based on the criteria, greater than or equal to 10mm of induration is
considered positive for recent immigrants from high risk regions, pretty
much most of asia is considered high risk regions,
there is a booster effect from tb skin test that may or may not be the
reason why the induration had increased from 11 to 15, basically if you've
got exposed long time ago your delayed immune response might fell asleep and
the first skin test might be negative but if you repeat it a few weeks
