normal, that means you have latent TB. Those drugs can greatly reduce the
chance of TB manifesting when you get old or when your immu-systems get weak
. These are all clinically proved. And those drugs are FDA proved and
usually prescribed on short terms, so damaging the liver is just non-sense
talk. All we are doing is just follow the WHO TB treatment guidance.

直接让做x-ray。x-ray是阴性，医生在表格上填的是class b，latent TB infection。
注释里面说我有阳性历史，但没有任何症状并且来美国已经大于五年。现在不需要任何
treatment，建议以后跟家庭医生follow up。这样的表格会有问题吗？在网上查了半天
，有人说没事，有人说会有问题。这里有人有相同经历的吗？谢谢！！！ |

1. 刚体检完，TB皮试是positive，chest x-ray是normal，医生在TB那一栏填的时
CLASS B, LATENT TB INFECTION，在remark里写的时建议treatment。这种情况有问题
吗？和医生说我们是打的BCG疫苗所以才positive TB test，可是医生坚持要写
treatment recommended。
2. 在PART2 summary of finding勾的是B. CLASS B Conditions。这有问题吗？我们现
在应该怎么办？这会影响485批准吗？我们需要再找另外的医生看看吗？

疗，肝功能正常的话，应该服用TB药物没有问题，但要定期检查肝功。hep B现在有些
新药，但也没特别有效的，而且副作用也大，还造成病毒变异啥的。稳定的话一般也不
治。小孩子要打疫苗。 |

1，如果小朋友打过BCG，TST很可能假阳性，很有必要去做Blood Test. 楼上有朋友提
到过，GFT-GIT， T-Spot都行，前者稍好点。 Blood Test一般不受BCG干扰。
2，如果Blood Test阴性，就没事了。 万一这个也是阳性，应该可以确定是Latent TB
。如果确诊了还是不想吃药，请平时一定注意观察小朋友的健康，coughing, fever,
weight loss, 一有出现马上就诊，不要去公共场合，为人为己。 Latent TB 不传染，
Active TB传染性很高。有条件的话定期做chest x-ray， sputum smear。
3，Isoniazid是四种一线TB药物里副作用最小的，所以一般治疗小孩的Latent TB时推
荐只用它。
4，如果吃药，一定每天吃，连续9个月。楼上有人说12月里吃够9个月就行是非常不可
取的。 Isoniazid药效很好，但是非常容易出现抗药性。抗Isoniazid的Mtb治疗难度很

发帖数: 2295 | 38 我和ID doc讨论了这个问题。latent TB的诊断是不考虑以前是否接种BCG。不是说中国
人都阳性－我们家大部分都阴性。latent TB平时当然没事，但是如果免疫力下降
，打比方说得了乳腺癌，或者别的什么病需要化疗或者服用激素，latent TB就可以进
展为活动性TB，这个危险性大约是8－9%（具体数字可能略微有点出入），谁也不能保
证自己没有免疫力下降的时候。如果服用异烟肼9个月，这个8－9%的风险可以下降到2
－3%（具体数字可能略有出入，因为不同来源的数字会略有不同）。服药前医生会查全
套肝功能，CBC等等。然后每个月复查。
还有就是ID doc也很建议quantiferon，这个理论上比皮试更加specific.
服药不服药医生是不能强迫的，完全是自己自愿的决定，数字和风险放在这，就看你自
己愿意take哪个risk了。 |

发帖数: 453 | 40 485体检，肿块有20mm，然后做胸透一切正常。医生最后勾了Class B, Latent TB
infection这一项。remark里面写refer to health department for consideration
for treatment。但是没有叫我吃药什么的。
我跟他说我之前打过疫苗所以会有反应。他的解释是，肿块超过15mm的话，就不是对疫
苗的反应，而是之前有过exposure。而且我大学的体检报告显示我的QuantiFERON结果
是positive。所以虽然我的胸透显示一切正常，没有任何得病的痕迹，但是很有可能我
之前有接触过病人或者细菌，导致我有潜在的患病可能，所以必须标注latent TB
infection
。
网上查了一下说是会让吃药一段时间再检查什么提交申请什么的。但是医生说如果一次
positive，基本上就会一直positive，吃药也不不会改变这个结果。移民局网站上有一
个Q&A是这么说的:

disclosure 啊， 以后发现latent defects 不能回去告他们啊 （因为他们是个
relocation company, 没有在这房子住过）
总之是说房子卖的是as is, 不能回去找他们麻烦， 还把我们的inspection 的
contingency 从标准的17天改成了7天。
有没有人碰到过这种情况啊？ 有人因为事后发现 latent defects 回去告卖方的么？
