做了以后, 发现是positive,而且是强阳性,induration>20mm, 但chest xray是
negative,也就是不是active tuberculosis. 医生说很严重,叫我最好联系学校,看需不
需要治疗. 于是立刻联系了学校,health center说只要我的chest xray是negative就没
有问题.
但我仍然十分担心,这会不会造成以后申请H1签证甚至绿卡带来麻烦? 我这样需要不需
要吃药呢? 如果吃药,会有副作用, 不想吃,实在很矛盾. New Jersey的state law有没

中国人里面PPD呈阳性的很多，我也是，我在NY, 只要x-ray没问题，就吃几个月的药，
医生会给你开个证明，说你虽然PPD阳性，但已经吃过药了。 以后去其他学校或者公司
就算检查出来PPD阳性也不用吃药了。 | l**x

发帖数: 14 | 5 嗯,我的确不想吃药,那个要对liver影响很大,要定期去做blood test检测肝功能的. 而
且一旦吃就要吃半年以上, 否则很容易有耐药性.
主要担心这个病会影响我在美国读书或者以后就业,但现在大家说只要chest xray是
negative没问题就ok,那我也放心了,谢谢各位的解答.!

the BCG vaccine effects wane over time and depends on the age of the patient
it might not be positive, the new skin test agent is designed to cause less
cross reaction from BCG vaccination,
China is considered a high risk country(one of the 7 per CDC),
so per CDC last guideline i think from year 2000, this case is considered
LTBI, or latent TB infection, meaning that patient does not have active
infection(symptoms such as fever, chill, weight loss, night sweat, coughing
with hemoptysis...) but

这种滥用抗结核药的后果就是导致新型结核菌耐药最后无药可治
对待移民也太冷血了赫赫...
