a brand new form 186 from the ECFMG website. Do you have to apply for exams
again for generating a new form 186?
Another thing is, if I got form 186 through the method I mentioned and
filled it, then have it notarized (the part A), then fedex it back to China
for a signature, do I need to include form 344, 345 and 187 as well? I have
had registered for exam before, so those forms were sent already. Do I need

to register for a new test to get the new 186. |
