现在问题是 学校只是在ECFMG list里 可能没有被"primary-source verified". 按照说明
只能选 第一种 186表 ""Certification of Identification Form (Form 186) -
Certification by Medical School Official,"
但看了帖子,大部分人都打印了 "Certification of Identification Form (Form 186)
- Certification by Notary Public and Medical School Official,"
所以不大明白两者的内容有什么区别 究竟选哪一张表方便

dential has not yet been verified by ECFMG (versus to those step2 / step3 ta
kers who have had those verified), therefore i guess you need to notarize yo
ur form here and then mail back to your med school for their stamp and mail
to ECFMG by them? i would call ECFMG to verify this if i were you. good luck

primary-source verification means ECFMG receives information with regard to
you directly from your medical school.

发帖数: 2728 | 5 the first option i thought that was for people who still in med schools? you
are not qualified to use that anyway. you should notarize your form here an
d send it back to your med school for signature, and then have the form sent
to ECFMG from your med school.
