1. Only 186 form requirement changed. Cureently only notary-certified 186
form is invalid. To get a new 186 form, you have to redo the online part
application following the instruction. Then you print it, certify it by a
notary public in Part A, send it back to your medical school, ask your Dean
to sign and mail it back to Ecfmg.
2. One applicant only has one USMLE ID #. You can still use the old one for
new application.

2. you sign 186 form in front of a nortary public. The nortary public
certified your signature in Part A, then you send it to your medical school,

I just finished on line part application. I still have some concern: Since
we need to sign for 186 in front of some notary official (part A), and then
mail the form 186 to our medical school to get Dean's signiture (part B).
Then Dean send back the signed form 186 back to ECFMG. Once ECFMG get the
signed form 186, they will allow us to take the exam. Do you think my
understanding is right?
However, based on the requirement of my on line application. ECFMG also
needs

The key for approval of application for EXAM is 186.
2. The previous policy required 187 344 345 and credentials accompanying 186
just because you will mail the package to ECFMG rather than your medical
school. ECFMG will send 186 to your medical school first. After 186 was
signed by your medical school and you was approved to take the exam by ECFMG

But I still have a question:
Besides Form 186, we have to send other documents (diploma, photograph, Form
344, Form 345). And ECFMG asks us to send all of the documents and Form 186
within one envelope. Should we send all of the documents with Form 186(
Part A and B) together to our medical school and then ask them to send all
of them to the ECFMG? Or we send Form 186 part A with the documents by
ourselves and ask our medical school send only the Form 186 par | w******y

1picture + 1 translation back to medical school, ask the school to do:
1. sign 186
2. seal and sign the diploma copies
3. include 2 transcripts with seal and signature

Then let our medical school send the finished form 186 directly to ECFMG (
