1.如何选择186表:网上认证是否选 certification by notary public ?
（我填完表后只有2个选择 Type A.certification by medical school official; Type B. certification by notary public. 没见到那个分为Part A and Part B 的certification by notary public and medical school official)
2.网上认证的程序: 寄送notarized 186 + 344 + 345 + 187 + other required
credentials, transcripts and a current photo to ECFMG --> ECFMG收到后要求医
学院网上认证 ?
3.ECFMG是如何通知医学院进行网上认证的: via email 还是 regular air mail?
4.网上认证的处理时间?

今天给ECFMG打电话了。说如果人在美国，学校加入web portal，一定要使用186
certification by notary public。然后把所有材料寄给ECFMG。ECFMG收到后再寄回中
国验证。我就问这不是和普通验证差不多嘛，web portal 到底怎么用？答案就很含糊
。第一个接线员说EMSWP和注册是两个部门，不归他们管，我被雷！就又打了一个，第
二个人好一点，说还是会把材料寄给学校，学校可以网上认证。
你也打电话问问吧。我感觉接线员水平差很多，有的甚至不愿意多做解释。要多打几遍。
大家多来交流啊，集思广益啊！

I just started the online application and got the same proglem. My friend
told me to get the form with both notary and the medical school
certification. But I guess that I hit the wrong button during the process (
when chose the school participated in web portal or not, I claimed that my
medical school participated without any proof). I could not change these
steps any more and gave up after many times attemps. I called ECFMG too and
the woman told me that the system could recognize if |

EMSWP, and I chose to print the Notary+Medical official. I highly doubt any
medical school in China is in EMSWP since most people are preparing it the
same way. |

发帖数: 7 | 7 Called ECFMG again today and reached another rep. I got the same answer that
the system could recognize if our schools participated in EMSWP or not. I
asked for his help to double check the list of all the schools and he
confirmed it. So what I have to do is to get all the documents ready and
send them to ECFMG. Called the dean in home school too and will get help.
