Thus the reason I want to learn these concepts, no offense or no shortcut
to mathematics.

Every textbook on functional analysis covers Banach space.
However, you may need some books on PDE to get a good treat on Sobolev space.
I guess you may be not a mathe (or apply mathe) major. So perhaps you can
find some textbooks specially written for engineers instead those for "
pure mathematicans".

很多这样的书有介绍粗浅的 sololev 介绍, 而且是基于比较低的数学水平
etc.
