5年的ARM,2.625,贷款小于等于417k，没有closing cost。
7年的ARM，2.875，贷款小于等于417k，没有closing cost。
不过有些朋友以前锁的30年超过5.0，也可以考虑重新贷款30年，反正又没有closing
cost！
其实，5年和7年的ARM，期间利率好的话，可以再接着重新贷款。 | m********5

would like to try, otherwise I am kind of hesitate. If I do not get the
loan, then you bear all the cost, this will be the true no cost refinance.
