发帖数: 318 | 1 第一次租房，agent给了个合同，看到上面有两种保险，一种是liability insurance，
另外一种是fire/hazard insurance。第二种我明白，有房子的都要买的。不太明白第
一种，特别是合同里还指定了金额，是这么写的：
indemnify,defend and save the Agent harmless from all suits in connection
with the Property and from liability for damage to Property and injuries to
or death of any employee of the Agent or other persons whomsoever, and to
carry at his own expense property damage insurance with the minimum coverage
amount of 1,000,000, and liability insurance with minimum coverage amount
of 1,000,000, naming the owner and Agent as co-insureds on such policies to
protect their interests,in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, and
to furnish Agent a certificate evidencing the existence of such insurance
coverage.
我有点没看明白，是要按照指定金额买这种liability保险吗？请有经验的朋友们指点
