(2)为什么Replacement Cost Estimation这么贵啊？新房子总共才卖70多万，地在这边
怎么也要三四十万，造个新房子那里要$60W,三四十应该足够了吧？
(3）Personal Property $300,000.00这么高干吗用的阿？房子之外的personal
property 我们估计就1-2W吧？
(4) Personal Liability $300,000.00干什么用的阿？
(5) Medical Payment $5,000.是干吗用的？是不是太少了？我当时去一个医院做

to cover more than that amount. It usually calculated by the finished
square footage and the structure type.
Personal property usually is estimated as 50% of the dwelling cost.
Liability is to cover your fault. For example the fire from your house
damage your neighbor as well.
$5000 medical payment is pretty high already.
