email.
If you already signed a contract, check the expiration date, and give him/
her a call to check whether you can terminate contract early.
Usually agent will understand even he/she may be disappointed.

AGENT带你看过房子,他/她就有权拿COMMISSION.如果你换了AGENT, 他/她从SELLER那里
拿不到COMMISSION(因为新AGENT拿了), 他/她会起诉你,让你支付他/她应地的
COMMISSION.所以但我们和客户会面时,都要问客户有没有过AGENT,避免给客户增加不必
要的麻烦.
